Counters - Open to the Public

• All of our Counters are open to trade professionals and the public
• Customers are still encouraged to call/email/text in the orders for pickup and delivery but we welcome you into our branches with Masks recommended and Social distancing maintained. Look for the decals on the floor noting where to stand and wait to be helped
• Some Counter branches at our locations can accommodate less customers within the store at a given time. Please be patient – if the Counter is full, you might be asked to wait outside shortly until the Counter area clears

Showrooms - Open to the Public

• Appointments are recommended and can be made online here, via phone, or even webchat
• Appointments should be limited to 2 people per salesperson and all customers need to have a salesperson assigned to them upon entry.
• Showroom consultants are booked for appointments, but we are doing our best to accommodate walk-in customers without an appointment if possible. We will make our best effort to show customers around our showrooms and arrange a future time for a more in-depth appointment which can be continued in-store or remotely/virtually
